The battle for sixth seed goes on...
It continues to be anyone's guess as to who the Magic may face in the first round of the playoffs. Going into today's action, just 1 1/2 games separate the 7th seed and the 5th seed in the East. WAS holds the 5th seed at 42-38, TOR the sixth seed at 40-39, and PHI the 7th seed at 40-40. If things stay that way, it will be the Magic against TOR in the first round.
Meantime, the Magic play at CHI tonight, trying to get back on track after a disheartening 1 pt home loss FRI to MIN. After beating the Bulls by 32 pts last WED, the Magic are just 3 pt favorites tonight (www.pinnaclesports.com).
