Redick, Gortat score career highs as Magic wind up regular season with win

In a meaningless game that saw both teams play their reserves for the majority of the game, the Magic came out on top over WAS 103-83. The only Magic starter to play over 20 minutes was CArroyo who played 32 mins.

Five Magic players scored in double figures, led by JRedick with his career high of 18 pts (7 of 14 FGs, 4 of 8 3 pt FGs); RLewis 15 pts (5 of 10 FGs); MGortat a career high 12 pts (5 of 11 FGs), 11 rebs; HTurkoglu 11 pts (5 of 8 FGs); KBogans 10 pts (4 of 9 FGs). Arroyo added 11 asts.

The statistical breakdown:

The Magic finish the regular season with a 52-30 record. DHoward becomes the youngest rebounding champion ever, and the Magic become the only team in NBA history to make at least five 3 pt FGs in all 82 games.
