Utah visits Magic tonight

The Jazz, 30-33 overall and 14-17 away, come to TDW to play the Magic, who are 22-41 overall and 16-14 at home. Utah is coming off a 121-83 thrashing from the Heat on Tuesday, and their starters combined to just score 26 points. UT was outscored from the FT line by the incredible total of 42-6.

Mehmet Okur (17.6 ppg), Andrei Kirilenko (14.9 ppg), and Matt Harpring (12.0 ppg) lead UT. They are trying to stay in playoff contention, as they trail the eighth-place Lakers by just 2 games. However, they've lost 8 of their last 11 road games, averaging only 88.7 ppg during that span.

I would like to see the Magic up the tempo on offense in this game. As long as they play good defense and take care of the ball, this should be pretty much a Magic rout. UT nearly blew a 20 pt second half lead against the Magic last week, as Brian Hill was fined $25 000 by the league for his critical comments of the officiating after the game. The Magic will be looking for payback, and are 3 1/2 pt favorites to beat the Jazz (www.pinnaclesports.com).
