Out of a lousy 1 cent hotel tax increase, isn't he already getting half of it? Now he wants the other half? I don't think Harris Rosen gives a shit who he is compared to, as long as he bleeds every drop of tax he can from the City and County. This should be dismissed as frivolous and bullshit...
