Game 4 Sunday night preview

This is basically a must-win game for the Magic in order to avoid going down 3 games to 1 to Philadelphia and then having to win three games in a row to win the series.

The Magic are 4 point favorites

I'm sure that SVG will still start Turk at SF, but if it's evident that Turk is still struggling both offensively and defensively, I hope SVG doesn't hesitate to put in Pietrus, who showed Friday he's capable of giving the Magic a big spark off the bench.

Turk's offensive numbers this series are horrible so far... averaging 11.0 ppg on 7 of 30 FG shooting (23.3%).

Not sure who suggested starting MP but that wouldnt be a good idea either. The idea is to not make hedo have to guard their top offensive threat when he's our top offensive threat. Hedo should not be guarding AI. And to be honest i havent liked the way SVG has decided to defend philly from game 1. The very first game he switched the match-up and has CL defending the PG position and RA defending the SG position,WHY???? Let them play straight up,RA is crafty and smart enough to not get abused in the post by miller. But at the same time miller is pretty much doing what-ever he wants against a ROOKIE in CL. I think the match-up would favor us better if CL ran with willie green and RA ran with miller. Then i think i'd let rashard guard AI and hedo run with young and the rest of their PF's who they dont run any offense for that way hedo could focus completely on offense against them. SVG is getting out coached to me but he's doing it to himself over thinking this thing, play'em straight up and let rashard guard AI and we'd blow them out everytime.

I'm actually gonna go to bat for hedo on this one because i dont think SVG is helping him out at all offensively or defensively, his strategy in this series makes no since to me. How and the hell are you gonna swith the backcourt match-ups when SF is their strongest position??? Hedo is our weakest defender everybody knows that,so why make him guard their leading scorer??? And another bone i have to pick is JJ not getting any minutes! Right now SVG is failing us to me and if we win the series staying with the match-ups the way they are we will have won inspite of him.

Turk actually got a vote for defensive player of the year... figure that out!

Interesting suggestions on match-ups, Big Figure. We'll see if SVG changes things at all.
