MAGIC: Glass Half Full

Here's my question. Has there ever been a professional sports team that fills its official web site with angry, sarcastic, posts from the locals to the extent the Magic do? Not counting hiring a coach you've already fired once, this is an amazing example of a self-defeating philosophy. Do they just not understand this at Magic headquarters, or are they laughing at us?

An example:

MAGIC: Glass Half Full: "Can the media PLEASE STOP saying we are a good defensive team or have made improvements? We haven't....how else do you explain 63% shooting for the Toronto Raptors. Our scoring defense has been increasing constantly since the beginning of the season. PLEASE make this experiment stop! Let's see...last season under Johnny Davis we started well 13-6 then shook up the team by trading a huge part of it....then it was all downhill, we couldn't win with either the remaining players or the coach...apparently it was the coach because he was fired....well we have a new coach who still can't win with this group...so it would appear we need to get some new players. I don't think Hill is a great coach, but I don't think any coach would have much success with our squad. It's maddening to see the one pro sports team in your town suck. In other towns it's not as bad because there are other sports teams to make up for a bad one...but I'm sick and tired of excuses and inaction from the Magic...MAKE A TRADE...DO SOMETHING "

Tragic Fan has posted an excellent point on how the fans and media are coddling the Magic. I would like to add that such statement is true with the media to a greater extent than it is with the fans.
