Game day preview

ORLANDO MAGIC vs. CLEVELAND CAVALIERS
Sunday, Feb. 21. 1:00 p.m. ABC
Amway Arena
Orlando, FL

The Orlando Magic (37-19, 21-6 home) will seek some much-desired retribution when they host the Cleveland Cavaliers (43-13, 19-9 road) on national TV Sunday at 1 PM on ABC. Both teams are coming off disappointing losses Friday.

In the Magic’s loss to the Cavs on Feb. 11, Dwight Howard racked up 19 points and 11 rebounds and Rashard Lewis scored 19. James, meanwhile, led everyone with 32 points and 13 assists. Howard, however, is not concerned. "Cleveland beat us twice this year and they are having a really good season,'' he said. "But sometimes it not at all about what you do in the season; it's about the playoffs.”

I'm sure the Cavaliers want to put a halt to their two game losing streak as soon as possible, while the Magic want to get their first victory over the Cavs this season and make up for their disappointing loss to Dallas Friday night.

Should be an outstanding and interesting game to watch. I'm sure Stan Van Gundy will use a different defensive strategy against the Cavs than he did in their game 10 days ago when he decided to double-team O'Neal and as a result, Varejao and Hickson each burned the Magic in addition to LBJ's gaudy stats.

Will Antawn Jamison show up for the Cavs. He had a rather inauspicious debut Friday night with his 0 for 12 shooting.

D12 should have a great game, as O'Neal will have to play a tremendous amount of minutes because "Big Z" is now gone.

    Go Magic!
