UPDATE: Pietrus to miss time with thumb injury
Mickael Pietrus is the latest Magic player to get bitten by the injury bug. He suffered a torn ulnar collateral ligament in his right thumb during Wednesday's Magic victory over Philadelphia.
J.J. Redick will start in Pietrus's place against Indiana tonight.

Wow... first Bogans, then Nelson, and now Pietrus!
Well, this is the chance for guys like J.J. Redick and Courtney Lee to really step up and help the Magic now that they will be seeing plenty of playing time.
I have confidence that both of them will do well until all the injured guys can return.
Anthony Johnson has stepped up in Nelson's absence, which is a big positive.
Obviously, with the injuries, we don't have the glut at shooting guard now; Otis Smith is looking a lot smarter now by hanging on to Redick and drafting Courtney Lee.
